FAQs

What should I do if I encounter a bug?
Please report it through the in-app feedback option or email us at support@example.com. Include your macOS version, Landing version, and steps to reproduce the issue. We typically respond within 24 hours.
Why is the like button disabled?
The like button is disabled when you've already liked a notification or when the feature isn't available for that specific notification type. Some system notifications don't support interactions.
Why is the waveform simulated?
The waveform visualization in the Dynamic Island is simulated because macOS doesn't provide real-time audio waveform data to third-party apps. We use an algorithm that responds to audio levels to create a natural-looking animation.
How many devices per license?
Each license allows you to use Landing on up to 3 Macs that you personally own. If you need more, contact us and we'll be happy to help.
How can I remove a device?
Open Landing's preferences, go to the License tab, and click 'Manage Devices'. From there you can deactivate any device to free up a slot for a new one.
How can I recover my license?
If you've lost your license key, visit our license recovery page and enter the email you used to purchase. We'll send your license key right away.
Which Macs are supported?
Landing works on any Mac running macOS 14 Sonoma or later. It's optimized for MacBook Pro models with the notch, but also works beautifully on any Mac — including MacBook Air, iMac, and external displays.
Does Landing affect battery life or performance?
Not noticeably. Landing is a native Swift app built with performance as a top priority. It typically uses less than 0.5% CPU and minimal memory, so you won't see any impact on battery life or system performance.
